Supply chain operations for Amazon and e-commerce sellers

Never stock out. Never overstock.

We run replenishment and supplier follow-up for Amazon and e-commerce brands that import their products. AI agents do the chasing. You approve every decision that involves money.

The problem

Importing from China shouldn't run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp.

Reorders by gut feel

With lead times of 60 to 120 days, small mistakes get expensive: lost sales and ranking when you run out, tied-up cash when you overbuy.

Hours lost chasing updates

Production dates, shipping documents and delays live in scattered emails and chats, and someone has to follow up on all of them.

Tools that stop at the number

Forecasting software tells you how much to order. It doesn't talk to your supplier or prepare your shipment.

Services

Three modules. One operator.

01

Forecasting & replenishment

SKU-level demand forecasts turned into purchase orders: what to order, how many, and by when. Built on your real lead time, plus stock in FBA, AWD and GWD, in transit and in production.

02

Supplier & forwarder agent

Drafts and sends quote requests by email, confirms production and shipping dates, tracks every order and flags delays before they reach your stock.

03

Inbound shipment agent

Prepares shipment plans, box and label information for Amazon FBA, AWD (Amazon Warehousing and Distribution) or GWD (Global Warehousing and Distribution), or for your own warehouse or 3PL, and coordinates with your forwarder so inbound shipments leave on time.

How it works

Start small. Measure. Then scale.

Step 1 · 1 to 2 weeks

Diagnostic

We map your catalog, sales and suppliers, then deliver the biggest opportunities with estimated savings.

Step 2 · 4 to 6 weeks

Pilot

Forecasting and replenishment go live on your main SKUs, and we compare the results against your current method.

Step 3 · Ongoing

Monthly operations

We run, monitor and improve the system, and send a monthly report on stockouts, excess stock and hours saved.

Control and security

You stay in control of every decision.

Agents prepare, draft and track. They never spend your money on their own.

Approval on anything with money
Orders, quantity changes, quotes and payments need your explicit OK.
Full traceability
Every message sent and every recommendation is logged and open to review.
Your data stays yours
It is used only to serve your business, and never shared with other clients.

A service or a full-time hire?

Both can run your supply chain. Here is how they differ for a growing online seller.

Cost structure

JMB Supply Chain Services
A predictable monthly fee. No salary, benefits, recruiting or equipment costs.
In-house hire
Salary, benefits, taxes, recruiting, equipment and training, whether or not the workload is steady.

Time to start

JMB Supply Chain Services
Starts with a diagnostic in 1 to 2 weeks.
In-house hire
Recruiting and onboarding can take months before the person is fully productive.

Coverage

JMB Supply Chain Services
Agents keep watching orders and stock, and an operator reviews the results.
In-house hire
One person's working hours, with gaps during vacations and sick leave.

Expertise

JMB Supply Chain Services
Hands-on supply chain experience combined with forecasting models and AI agents.
In-house hire
Depends on one person's profile, and you have to find, train and keep them.

Scalability

JMB Supply Chain Services
More SKUs or markets means adjusting your plan.
In-house hire
More volume often means another hire.

Flexibility

JMB Supply Chain Services
Cancel anytime. A monthly service you can adjust or stop whenever you need.
In-house hire
A long-term commitment that is costly to reverse.

Continuity

JMB Supply Chain Services
Every message and recommendation is logged and documented.
In-house hire
Knowledge lives with one person, and leaves when they do.
About

Built by a supply chain operator, not a software vendor.

JMB Supply Chain Services comes from hands-on supply chain work: lead times, supplier delays and the real cost of a badly planned shipment. AI does the heavy lifting. The judgement stays human.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to change my tools?

No. We work with what you already use: Amazon Seller Central, your online store platform, email, and the channels your suppliers prefer.

Can the agents place orders or pay suppliers by themselves?

No. Agents draft, track and prepare. Anything involving money needs your approval first.

How do the agents talk to Chinese suppliers?

By email. The agents draft and send messages to your suppliers and forwarders, and every message is logged so you can review it.

How big does my catalog need to be?

We start with your main SKUs and expand from there. Pricing depends on catalog size and the modules you choose.

How do we start?

With a free 30-minute call to review your catalog and your biggest pain points.
